Business process optimization, web platforms, and data infrastructure with applied AI. Engagements are scoped, quoted, and delivered as client work — with case studies and a named owner.

Actriant helps enterprises put AI, analytics, and process optimization to work — and publishes the frameworks behind that practice through our applied research lab.
Why Actriant
Client work has to ship. Lab work has to be citable. We run both, and we do not mix a quote request with a publication.

Three commercial practice areas for operational systems that need to ship.
Audit, streamline, and modernize operational workflows to reduce overhead, eliminate error, and accelerate business velocity.
Build scalable, secure web applications, client portals, and internal operations platforms on Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
Architect the data layer and the intelligence on top of it: reliable databases, analytics pipelines, retrieval systems, and models used in operations.
Research
Frameworks for presentation and unprompted retrieval, kept separate from commercial delivery.
Standard RSVP, Rapid Serial Visual Presentation, flashes text one word at a time at a fixed focal point so the eyes do not have to scan a page. Speed-reading tools such as Spreeder, Spritz, and Outread use this method. Cognitive research, including work by Keith Rayner, shows that fixed-speed RSVP can raise throughput while comprehension drops on dense text, because the brain loses micro-pauses, regressions, and peripheral context. daRSVP, Dynamic Adaptive RSVP, is Actriant's conceptual extension of that method. Instead of a constant pace, language models estimate token surprisal and syntactic friction, then lengthen or shorten each word's dwell time. The mechanisms are established: surprisal is the negative log probability of a word given its context, and eye-tracking corpora such as ZuCo show that readers already pause longer on high-surprisal words. daRSVP proposes to match presentation to that natural processing cost.
The average person can read about 238 words per minute, RSVP can increase that to 500–900 WPM, over doubling consumption speed of information.

Actriant Research Lab · In progress
Why fixed-speed RSVP can raise throughput while comprehension falls, and how adaptive timing should follow processing cost.

Repuvance · Operations
Product and platform work for day-to-day operations: authenticated workflows, internal tools, and a TypeScript web stack that operators can use without a training manual.
TTS · Applied AI
Applied AI work spanning retrieval, generation, and evaluation — with guardrails, so the model is part of the process instead of a side chat window.
